Job summary

CLV Group is seeking a reliable landscape team member to maintain a portfolio of multi-unit residential properties in Burlington, Ontario. You will perform lawn care, edging, pruning, planting, and seasonal snow duties, year-round with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

The role is full-time with guaranteed hours and extended winter shifts when needed. You must have a valid Ontario G-class driver's license and snow ploughing experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Ontario Class G driver's licence.
• Snow ploughing experience required.
• Must be available to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Spring, Summer and Fall: lawn cutting, edging, pruning, planting, weeding beds and other duties as required.
• Winter Season: snow maintenance, snow blowing, shoveling, applying ice-melting products, on-call snow removal, and other duties as required.

The Opportunity

As part of our professional Landscape Team, you will work daily within an assigned portfolio of multi-unit residential properties, year-round through summer and winter seasons. You will be successful in this position if you are reliable, set high standards on the quality of your work, focus on safety, and are focused in contributing to high resident satisfaction.

Our landscape team is professional and organized. We work year-round and provide support beyond typical landscape duties where we support building operations and site team members. This means there are no rain days for us. We work full time and have guaranteed hours.We transition to snow duties in the winter and are expected to work extended hours where necessary to ensure our properties are well maintained and the safety of our residents remains our top priority.

Compensation

• $21–$22/hr based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Spring, Summer and Fall:

• Lawn cutting;
• Edging;
• Pruning;
• Planting;
• Weeding garden beds; and
• Any other duties as required.

Winter Season:

• Snow maintenance of properties;
• Snow blowing;
• Shoveling;
• Applying ice melting products ensuring walkways and pathways are safe;
• Participating in rotational on-call snow removal; and
• Any other duties as required.

Additional Information

• Must be available to work flexible hours.
• Must posses a valid Ontario Class G driver's licence.
• Must have snow ploughing experience.
