Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in planning.
• Membership in the Ordre professionnel des Urbanistes du Québec is an asset.
• Experience in land use planning in a northern or Indigenous community is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to Northern villages in land use planning.
• Participate in the development, review, and implementation of local master plans.
• Plan and coordinate public consultation sessions.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing municipal development permits.
