Job summary

Right Choice Energy Services Inc. is seeking Labourers/Welder Helpers to join our team in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. You will support fabrication and construction activities in both shop and field environments, reporting to Shop and/or Site Supervisors.

This role offers growth opportunities in the skilled trades, with training provided for lifting equipment, safety certifications, and potential welding or pipefitting apprenticeships. Occasional overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Be safety conscious and committed to safe work practices.
• Physically capable of lifting over 20lbs and working safely at heights.
• Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid and H2S Alive certifications before starting.
• Interested in pursuing a Welding or Pipefitting apprenticeship (asset).
• Have experience with, or a willingness to learn, civil, structural, and piping activities.
• Be willing to work overtime, weekends, and travel throughout Southern Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba.
• Hold a valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract (Class 5G preferred or willingness to obtain).

• Assisting with piping bolt-up activities.
• Loading and unloading trailers and materials.

• Rigging and signaling lifting equipment (training provided).
• General housekeeping and other assigned duties.

This is a safety-sensitive position. Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test. Audiometric and lung function testing will also be completed upon hire in accordance with provincial regulations.
