Coulson Aviation is hiring a Labourer for our Port Alberni, BC location. This full-time role supports maintenance, construction, and outdoor projects across company properties on Vancouver Island and beyond.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift 30 lbs, and the willingness to learn. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs.
• Familiarity with safe use of hand tools and power tools is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift experience or certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance, construction, and outdoor projects.
• Clean equipment, facilities, and company property.
• Pick up and deliver parts, materials, equipment, and other items as required.
• Organize project areas, tools, equipment, and materials for safety and efficiency.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and motorized equipment as trained.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures and report hazards or concerns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
