These positions involve performing a variety of unskilled labour tasks to support operations in the Athabasca Oil Sands region. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, willing to work in fluctuating climates, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Need

• No previous experience necessary (preferred experience in road construction or maintenance is an asset)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract
• CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
• WHMIS 2015 (completed within the last 3 years)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Safety conscious attitude
• Willingness to train on various equipment (skid steer, sanding units, etc.)
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet climates
• Fluency in English (speak, read, write)
• Comfortable working near water
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test and Fit for Duty test
