Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an industrial cleaner to perform hot wash, high pressure, and hose truck cleaning across multiple sites in Canada.

You will handle confined space entry, assist with vacuum truck operations, and deliver professional service to clients, vendors and colleagues while following safety guidelines. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, occasional night and weekend shifts, on-call flexibility, and the ability to work on short notice.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills to interact verbally with peers and customers.
• Able to lift up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning using Hot Wash, High Pressure and Hose Truck
• Confined space entry
• Lift up to 75lbs to set up and control hoses, and to shovel waste material
• Support the operation of the vacuum truck and mobile wash
• Represent the Company by providing professional customer service to our clients, customers, vendors, both on and off the job
• Participate in all work-related tasks as assigned by your Supervisor at a variety of locations in a safe and effective manner
• Able to work night shifts when required.
• Able to work weekends when required.
• Must be able to work long and changing shifts on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned.
