Job summary

Jardeg is recruiting for a Labourer with equipment operating experience to join the Technical Workforce Inc. team at the Regina Specialized Long Term Care project in Regina, SK. Local candidates only as there is no camp or travel allowance.

The role involves day shifts on a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule, with possible afternoons/evenings/weekends. Duties include general labour, tool handling, and operating skid steers, telehandlers, and more while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• CSTS-2020 certification is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Equipment operating experience is a huge asset.
• 2-3 years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties, support tradespeople and site cleanup.
• Safely operate equipment including skid steers, loaders, telehandlers and excavators.
• Experience with snow removal and concrete/digging tasks.
• Ensure tools and materials are stored safely at shift end.
• Support other construction tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines.

At this time, this position is for local candidates only, as it does not have camp accommodations, travel allowance, or living out allowance.

This position is a 5 days on and 2 days off schedule with the possibility of working afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties, including supporting tradespeople, site cleanup, housekeeping, and using hand and power tools
• Safely operate a variety of construction equipment, including skid steers, loaders, telehandlers, excavators, and other assigned equipment
• Experience with snow removal, demoing concrete and excavating
• Demonstrate safe operation of all equipment
• Ensure all tools and materials are stored safely and neatly at the end of each shift.
• Support other construction tasks as directed by the supervisor
• Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines
• Other duties as requested

Requirements
