Onni Group is seeking construction laborers for a Richmond project. This full-time role supports the construction team with routine site tasks, material handling, and site setup. The position offers flexible hours to accommodate project needs and requires reliability and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, safety-minded, and ready to follow directions from supervisors to help meet project timelines. Local duties include maintaining a clean site and reporting issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site by clearing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials properly.
• Follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to minimize accidents and injuries on the job site.
• Work closely with the construction team, following instructions and assisting as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
• Report any issues, concerns, or incidents promptly to the supervisor or project manager.

As a Construction Laborers, you will play a vital role in assisting with various construction projects and providing essential support to the construction team. Your responsibilities will include performing physical tasks, ensuring the job site is clean and organized, and adhering to safety regulations.
