Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in construction PM, with experience in multi-family developments and a background in process development and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction-related project management experience in multi-family residential projects.
• Experience overseeing multi-family projects; concrete tower work is an asset.
• Direct work experience in a project manager capacity with process development and execution.
• PM education is an asset; a degree/certification is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, employees, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and maintain project schedules.
• Review critical path and adapt or accelerate projects to meet deadlines.
• Report and update directors on project schedules.
• Project resource allocation from internal and external resources.
• Project documentation, communication, and reporting.

What Will You Do?

Scheduling

• Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules
• Reviewing critical path, and quickly adapting or accelerating projects to meet deadlines
• Reporting, and updating directors of project schedule

Management And Leadership

• Complete the tendering process for contract awarding
• Assist in the overall planning and defining of project scope for all subcontractors and employees
• Project resource allocation from internal and external resources.
• Project documentation, communication, and reporting
• Conduct consultant meetings
• Cost estimating, and budget development in collaboration with senior team.

Quality Control

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required
• Ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving
• Help oversee project team including Project Coordinators and Superintendents
• Ensure the project is built on a budget, on schedule, and on drawing specifications.
• Work with the Leasing team to help develop budgets and timelines for potential tenants.

What You Bring

• Minimum 8+ years of construction-related project management experience in multi-family residential projects
• Full build concrete tower project experience is an asset
• Direct work experience in a project manager capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
• Experience overseeing multi-family projects
• Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset
• Project Management education is an asset

Salary Range

$160,000 - $200,000
