Job summary

Profile Paving Ltd. is seeking laborers for the 2026 season in Brandon, MB. The role requires dependability, punctuality, a valid driver’s license, and teamwork. Training will be provided for candidates with paving or equipment experience to join a family-oriented crew.

Work is weekday Monday to Friday with home every night, competitive wages, COR Safety Certified environment and clear opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual.

• Able to function as part of a team.
• Experience with asphalt paving, equipment operation or dump truck operation is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with paving operations as part of the crew.
• Support daily tasks and equipment handling.
• Maintain a safe, clean worksite and follow training.

We are currently accepting applications for Laborers for the 2026 season and beyond. Applicants must be dependable, punctual, hold a valid driver license and be able to function as part of a team. Experience with asphalt paving, equipment operation or dump truck operation would be considered an asset however training for suitable candidates will be provided. We offer:
