Are you a Senior Labour & Employment Lawyerlooking for a platform that offers greater flexibility, meaningful succession opportunities, and the ability to build a long-term practice without the constraints often found in larger national firms?
Our client, a well-established and highly respected Vancouver law firm, is seeking a Labour & Employment Partner to join its growing team. This opportunity has emerged as part of the firm’s long-term succession planning strategy and presents a unique opportunity for a lawyer looking to establish themselves as a key leader within a thriving practice.
The incoming lawyer will work closely with an established senior partner whose practice spans a broad range of labour and employment matters. Over time, this lawyer will have the opportunity to build alongside an existing client base while positioning themselves for a significant long-term growth opportunity within the firm.
Working primarily with employers, the practice includes a diverse mix of employment agreements and work place policies, human rights and work place investigations, immigration related matters, liability matters, and labour matters. There would be exposure to both solicitor and litigation work, making this position particularly fitting for someone who enjoys a varied practice.
A portable book of business would be considered a strong asset, as is experience and willingness to continue driving business development and client relationships forward.
We believe diverse teams build stronger companies, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
To be considered, applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, including holding any required permits.
