Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular Part Time (Float) Laboratory Assistant - Distribution to join our Supply Chain Operations West team in Vancouver, BC. You will perform para-technical duties in the Laboratory, receiving and storing blood products, maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
You will help ensure product safety through monitoring storage conditions, handling recalls, and issuing blood products to provincial hospitals and other centers.

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Part Time (Float) Laboratory Assistant - Distribution to join our dynamic Supply Chain Operations West team.
In this role you will be responsible for para technical functions of the Laboratory and may be assigned any of the duties and responsibilities listed below. Depending on the size of the Centre, complete rotation of duties may not be practical. You will adhere to all current operating procedure, practices good judgment in the performance of job responsibilities and promote Centre objectives through good interpersonal skills.
This is a 4 day float postion.They may workdays, afternoon, evenings, nights and weekends including statutory holidays .There will be two consecutive rest days.
