Job summary

Procom, on behalf of a Banking client in Toronto, seeks an L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect for a 13-month hybrid contract, with 4 days on-site. This role leads end-to-end learning strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery across programs.

You will partner with HR and business leaders, perform needs analyses, build business cases, and manage relationships with external learning partners to ensure best-in-class services. Banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the L&D space and learning solutions.
• Experience with learning consultations and needs analysis.
• Vendor relations and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner to business leaders and HR partners.
• Lead performance consulting and conduct needs analysis to develop effective learning solutions.

• Develop and execute long-term learning strategies and roadmaps based on business needs.
