Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Cybersecurity platform specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise workload protection for Kubernetes and containerized apps. You will work across on‑prem and cloud environments in a Lead Cyber Security Operations role.

The role requires 6+ years in Kubernetes/OpenShift, strong security engineering skills, and collaboration with Platform, Cloud, and DevOps teams. Montreal-based, hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience administering enterprise Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating cloud-native security platforms such as Wiz or Prisma Cloud Compute.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes security, RBAC, network policies, and image scanning.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support enterprise workload protection platforms across Kubernetes environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain protection solutions for OpenShift, AKS, EKS, and GKE.
• Onboard new clusters with platform teams and ensure consistent deployment and operation of protections.
• Develop automation with Python/PowerShell to improve platform management and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and App teams in Agile ceremonies.
