Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking team members to support breakfast and lunch service, assist with catering, and perform a range of kitchen duties. You will help set up serving lines, prepare foods per menu, and ensure items are held at safe temperatures for customers.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining clean work areas, and following safety policies. Commitment to quality presentation and hospitality is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu and recipes; prep ahead for next day.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness; FIFO inventory.
• Assist in baking bread, cookies, and other items; present foods appealingly to customers.
• Maintain safety standards per HHFKA, HACCP, and Opaa! policies.
