Job summary

Adecco is currently hiring several temporary full-time Kitchen Support Staff for our client in North York, ON. Join a collaborative production kitchen team where you'll assist with juicing oranges, food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping ensure the kitchen runs efficiently.

Pay rate is $17.95/hour with a Sunday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:30pm shift. You must have a high school diploma, be legally eligible to work in Canada, and wear steel-toe safety shoes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Food handler's certification.
• Must wear steel-toe safety shoes.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Wash and cut vegetables.
• Prepare ingredients including slicing and dicing vegetables and bread.
• Juice fresh fruits as needed.
• Mix, portion, and shape cookie dough.
• Measure and portion ingredients such as croutons.
