Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or convention setting.
• Post‑secondary degree in Hospitality Management or related program is an asset.
• Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety, food safety, and SDS.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kitchen Stewards in cleaning and sanitizing all flatware, glassware, and silverware.
• Maintain warewashing rooms, chinaware storage, and food prep areas.
• Set up and maintain service stations and plating areas for events.
• Process requisitions from Banquets, Culinary, and other departments.
