Job summary

A Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes, pots and cutlery, changing dish machine chemicals, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness. The role may include duties such as porter when needed.

The position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment. Availability on days, evenings, and weekends is essential; own transportation is preferred.

• Able to maintain security clearance.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.

• Have reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and cutlery; keep dish machine fresh and stocked.
• Sweep and mop floors; maintain general kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist in putting stock away when needed.
• Occasionally assume porter duties as required by management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Department Managers.
