Job summary

IKEA Kelowna is seeking a Kitchen Sales co-worker to engage customers, assess needs and advise on compact kitchen solutions. You will process inbound orders accurately and maintain an organized, well-priced sales area. You will contribute to team targets while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You will complete a 3-month warehouse onboarding before transitioning to kitchen planning and sales, with a starting rate of 21.88 CAD per hour. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume sales or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting up to 23 kg).
  • Strong customer service and sales focus with a passion for IKEA products.

Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and recommend solutions

  • Confident, approachable, and strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Passion for IKEA products, home furnishing, and sustainability

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume sales or customer service environment

  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment (including lifting upto 23kg)

  • Flexibility to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Friday shifts
