Job summary

Spot On Kitchen & Bar is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in Calgary, AB. This on-site role requires coordinating staff, managing orders, and controlling quality and costs.

• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
