Job summary

Century Downs Racetrack and Casino is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Rocky View County, AB. The role focuses on preparing visually appealing, high-quality meals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will maintain a clean and safe kitchen, manage time effectively, and work with teammates to deliver outstanding service to guests. Reliable transportation and open availability are required for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• One or more years of recent cooking experience in hospitality, restaurant, or gaming.
• High School Diploma (education and experience may be considered).
• WHMIS Food Safe Certificate (can be completed upon hire).
• Criminal record check required.
• Reliable transportation to the property.
• Open availability for days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Take initiative with other duties as assigned to support the kitchen and restaurant operations.

• WHMIS Food Safe Certificate (can be completed upon hire through Century Casinos).
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
• Ability to commute with reliable transportation to our property.
• Open availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
