You will order the food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders. The Kitchen Leader helps ensure the quality and safety of Chipotle’s food, keeps the kitchen clean and stocked, and models teamwork for Crew members to deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and work location language is important.

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Monitor waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support back of house and front of house teams.
