The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a Kitchen Helper under the supervision of the Food Services Manager. You will assist the cook in food preparation and serving, and help maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.
Requirements include at least 1 year of kitchen/restaurant experience, Food Safe 1, and completion of any necessary background checks. The role supports operations in a church-run kitchen setting in Canada.

Under the guidance of Food Services Manager, the kitchen helper assists in providing food services and clean up.
The above responsibilities must be discharged in accordance with The Salvation Army’s Mission Statement, in a professional manner, exemplifying Christian standards of conduct.
The salary range is based on the Collective Agreement, not any other factors.
The target hiring range for this position is $22.53 to $23.03 with a maximum of $23.53.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
