Job summary

Lucky Dragon Restaurant in Yukon is seeking a reliable dishwasher to join a remote-location team. The role involves cleaning dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting food preparation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.

• Load buspans and trays.
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
• Portion and wrap foods.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.

Tasks
