Job summary

A&W South Common is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to support food preparation and kitchen operations. This role involves fast-paced teamwork and hands-on work, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a busy fast-food setting.

Training will occur on the job, with clear wage progression and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Flexible schedules and employee discounts are offered to eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members.
• Communicate clearly during rush periods.
• Support a positive, respectful workplace.
