The McMurray Group operates A&W Davies Corner, seeking a Kitchen Crew - Closing to assist in food prep and service.

You will cook menu items, stock stations, and keep a clean, safe kitchen during closing shifts. The role offers 15–40 hours per week and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders quickly during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and clean.
• Restock fridges, freezers and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow food-safety hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Clean equipment, counters, surfaces and utensils.
• Take out garbage, sweep, mop, and maintain a clean kitchen.

Location: A&W Davies Corner
Wage: $15.10 - $16.00/hour
Job Type: Permanent full-time and permanent part-time. Closing (1:30 AM)

Duties & Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare A&W menu items following food‑safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble food orders accurately and quickly during busy periods

Kitchen Operations

• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and clean
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team

Cleanliness & Safety

• Follow all food‑safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Take out garbage, sweep, mop, and help maintain a clean kitchen environment

Teamwork

• Work closely with Supervisors, Cashiers, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support the team and contribute to a positive, fun workplace
