Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction
• Greet, engage, and thank customers; assess their needs.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise and explain product features.
• Promote services like Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest related items outside department.
• Educate customers about the whole project.
• Maintain knowledge of products and related services.
• Maintain stock, pricing, and store cleanliness.
