Job summary

CBI Health in Surrey is seeking a Full-Time Kinesiologist to support 37.5 hours per week across Surrey King George and Surrey Fleetwood sites. You will provide one-on-one and group exercise prescriptions, disability management coordination, and return-to-work planning.

The role involves functional assessments, returning-to-work program design, and visiting job sites to create tailored recovery plans. The ideal candidate is a kinesiology graduate, registered with BCAK, with experience in

• Graduate of a recognized School of Kinesiology.
• Registered member in good standing with the BCAK.
• Experience with Return to Work and Job Site Visits and Chronic Pain clients.

Full-Time Kinesiologist - Surrey King George and Surrey Fleetwood

37.5 hours per week

Please note: This role will service Job Site Visits as well as the Gradual Return to Work and the Customized Recovery Return to Work Programs.

• Be responsible for the provision of one-on-one and group kinesiology exercise prescription
• Provide disability management coordination
• Complete functional assessments and associated reports
• Work with a client profile that can range from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, to cognitive and/or mood related
• Design and implement a therapeutic exercise program to meet the identified client needs
• Perform job site visits and design return to work plans

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful

• You are a graduate of a recognized School of Kinesiology
• You are a registered member in good standing with the BCAK
• Experience within Return to Work and Job Site Visits as well as Chronic Pain clients
• You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development

Hourly Rate Range: $25.00-$35.00, variable pay
