Job summary

CBI Health Group in Canada is seeking a dedicated Kinesiologist to service our Hand Therapy Program. You will provide one-on-one and group exercise prescriptions, coordinate disability management, and complete functional assessments to support client recovery and RTW goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapeutic exercise design, job site visits, and developing individualized return-to-work plans for diverse client needs, including orthopedic and chronic pain cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized School of Kinesiology.
• Registered member in good standing with the BCAK.
• Experience with Return to Work and Job Site Visits; Chronic Pain clients.
• Passionate about the profession and committed to ongoing development.
• New graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

*This role is to specifically to service Job Site Visits for our Hand Therapy Program*.

• Be responsible for the provision of one‑on‑one and group kinesiology exercise prescription
• Provide disability management coordination
• Complete functional assessments and associated reports
• Work with a client profile that can range from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, to cognitive and/or mood related
• Design and implement a therapeutic exercise program to meet the identified client needs
• Perform job site visits and design return to work plans

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful

• You are a graduate of a recognized School of Kinesiology
• You are a registered member in good standing with the BCAK
• Experience within Return to Work and Job Site Visits as well as Chronic Pain clients
• You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development
