Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or diploma in early childhood education.
• Active registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
• Minimum two to three years of recent child care experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver learning experiences for kindergarten.
• Provide supervision and ensure safety in the absence of the teacher.
• Support student development through play and observations.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and participate in student assessments.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in team initiatives.
• Adhere to safety plans and maintain confidentiality.
