Placements24 seeks a Full-Time Professional Nanny and Caregiver in Kimberley to care for two children aged 3 and 7. The role requires nurturing, reliability, and creating a safe, organized home environment while engaging children in stimulating activities.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, preparing meals, managing daily routines, assisting with homework, and communicating with parents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nanny or childcare roles.
• Understanding of child development for preschool and early school-age children.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Reliable, patient and trustworthy with a love for children.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care ensuring safety at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities (play, crafts, reading, outdoor time).
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children.
• Manage daily schedules (naps, meals, hygiene).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and bedrooms.
• Assist with homework and educational activities for the older child.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the day, behavior and concerns.
• Transport children to activities or school as needed.
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment that supports growth and development.
• Ensure safety during outings in and around Kimberley.
