Qualifications

• Bachelors-level finance or equivalent experience.
• RE 5 certification and FAIS accreditation required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Financial Advisor or similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses to understand goals and risk tolerance.
• Develop personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
• Recommend and implement investment and insurance products tailored to client needs.
• Build long-term client relationships with regular communication and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulatory changes affecting planning.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS and company policies.
• Generate new business through networking and referrals.
