About The Role

Based at our Value Buds, Southpointe location in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. We seek an experienced Part-time Keyholder capable of managing various store responsibilities, sharing cannabis knowledge with customers, and fostering relationships. Ideal candidates are proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about the industry.

Role And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Customer Offering

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs
• Create a welcoming environment
• Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods

Day to Day Operations

• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
• Work with Store Managers and team to drive sales
• Maintain product and industry knowledge
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance
• Handle transactions and adhere to cash and Loss Prevention policies
• Monitor and restock inventory

Regulatory Adherence

• Follow OH&S policies and procedures
• Support Nova Cannabis’s and AGCO’s social responsibility programs
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Experience And Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• At least 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience
• Preferred: Cannabis, liquor, or healthcare experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid SellSafe and QCW certifications
• Criminal Record Check clearance
• Knowledge of Alberta cannabis regulations
