As a Keyholder, you'll support the store management team by performing daily opening and closing operations and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do:

1. Partner with management to ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals
2. Lead by example through selling skills and customer service to foster positive customer connections and loyalty
3. Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment
4. Handle register functions, leveraging sales, promotions, and product knowledge to increase sales
5. Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable
6. Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends

What You'll Need:

1. Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role, with proven success in team leadership and sales
2. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
3. Adaptability to changing fashion trends, environments, and schedules
4. Fashion awareness and trend knowledge

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Stand and walk during scheduled shifts
• Pack/unpack shipments, move store fixtures, and handle packages up to 50 lbs
• Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or poles
