Overview

Key Holders assist the Management team in leading the store’s selling efforts and operational execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving profitable top-line sales. They focus on driving personal sales by demonstrating and coaching La Senza selling behaviors to foster a high-performance selling culture with the team, and to achieve store sales goals. They embody our values and represent the brand through their behaviors.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. In addition to sales associate responsibilities, drive profitable sales growth through segment ownership.
  2. Support the Management team in creating an environment focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive customer experiences and demonstrating company selling behaviors.
  3. Support retention efforts by creating and promoting a safe, positive work environment, effectively resolving associate relations issues using the La Senza coaching model, and assisting in executing all company initiatives.
  4. Focus on building new and lasting customer connections, delivering highly satisfying customer experiences through expert product knowledge and relationship cultivation.
  5. Consistently lead the La Senza selling model with confidence, passion, and expertise for the brand.
  6. Promote and display teamwork across all zones to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  7. Manage and resolve customer relations issues.
  8. Assist the Management team in creating and communicating action plans to optimize results, execute operational activities, and control payroll and expenses.
  9. Handle opening/closing procedures such as processing end-of-day paperwork, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
  10. Follow standard operating procedures, including damages, transfers, compliance-related items, supporting the physical inventory process, and other strategies to reduce shrink.
  11. Ensure compelling visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained, including identifying and executing sell-down strategies.
  12. Maintain replenishment processes to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked with all styles, colors, and sizes, aligned with the brand guide.
  13. Lead with professionalism and behaviors guided by the company values.
Qualifications
  1. Ability to foster an environment of exceptional customer service and optimize the Company selling model.
  2. Effective delegation, follow-up, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  3. Ability to coach, develop, and partner with the Management team on performance management.
  4. Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical skills.
  5. Previous management or supervisory experience.
  6. Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Strong time management and organizational skills to handle complex and competing priorities.
  8. Professional demeanor that reinforces brand and company standards.
