Job summary

Ardene is seeking a friendly and energetic individual for the Third Key Holder position in Winnipeg. The role supports all visual, merchandising and marketing directives, collaborates with management on store and stockroom operations, and assumes full store operations in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, strong selling and customer service skills, and can lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year retail experience.
• High school diploma an asset.
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
• Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership.
• Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening/closing, cleanliness, restocking and merchandising, customer service and team supervision.
• Create a friendly environment and ensure outstanding service; greet, acknowledge and re-approach every customer and know product details.
• Process purchases at the register.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Support Store Manager to ensure company standards per employee manual.
• Perform other related duties as directed by Store Manager.
