Job summary

Ardene is seeking a Third Key Holder, Visual, to drive visual merchandising and store marketing directives while collaborating with management to keep store and stockroom operations efficient. In the absence of team leaders, the Third Key Holder, Visual, takes charge of all store operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a friendly and energetic demeanor, and strong leadership and communication skills. Availability includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year retail experience required.
• Strong selling and customer service abilities are essential.
• Good time management and priority-setting skills are needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Ability to delegate tasks and lead a team positively and inclusively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, restocking and merchandising, customer service and supervision.
• Provide outstanding service by greeting and helping customers and being knowledgeable about products.
• Process purchases at the register.
• Adhere to company policies and store standards.
• Support the Store Manager in maintaining standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager.

THE ROLE

TheThird Key Holder, Visual, is responsible for all visual, merchandising and marketing directives. The role collaborates with management to ensure efficient store and stockroom operations. In the absence of team leaders, theThird Key Holder, Visualis responsible for all store operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing all store operations including: opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, re-stocking and merchandising, customer service and supervision of the team.
• Ensuring outstanding service by creating a friendly environment. This includes greeting, acknowledging and re-approaching every customer, and being knowledgeable about products.
• Processing purchases at the register.
• Adhering to all company policies.
• Supporting the Store Manager in ensuring company standards are followed in accordance with the employee manual.
• Performing all other duties as directed by the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, an asset
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities
• Strong time management and priority-setting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership
• Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb a ladder;
• Move, lift and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store (weighing up to 30 pounds).

AvailabilityRequirements:

• Days, evenings and weekends.

The expected wage range for this role is between $18.45 to $18.95.
