Ardene Coquitlam Centre is seeking a Third Key Holder who can support store operations and merchandising with energy and enthusiasm. You will collaborate with management to ensure efficient stockroom and store procedures, and take on responsibilities in the absence of senior leaders.

In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service, assist with opening/closing tasks, and help maintain product knowledge while upholding Ardene standards.

Formación

• High school diploma is an asset.
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
• Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership.
• Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, restocking and merchandising.
• Ensure outstanding service by greeting and assisting every customer and knowing products.
• Process purchases at the register.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Support Store Manager in upholding standards per employee manual.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.
