Ardene in Ottawa is seeking a Third Key Holder to support store operations, merchandising and customer service while stepping in for leadership when managers aren’t present. You will help maintain visual standards and supervise the team in a friendly, fast-paced fashion.
The role focuses on opening/closing, stockroom organization, and delivering exceptional service. A proactive, energetic candidate with strong teamwork is preferred and training will be provided.

The Role
The Third Key Holder assists with all visual, merchandising and marketing directives. The role collaborates with management to ensure efficient store and stockroom operations. In the absence of team leaders, the Third Key Holder is responsible for all store operations.
