Job summary

La Vie en Rose is hiring permanent, full-time store staff to advise customers, drive sales and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will welcome guests, explain product features, and suggest complementary items while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide excellent service.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Proactive and conscientious attitude.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist with product selections.
• Explain product features and materials and suggest related items.
• Be available in fitting rooms and assist customers as needed.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom.
• Process transactions at the register and support store management.
