Job summary

La Vie En Rose is currently seeking sales-oriented associates for a permanent, part-time role in our Ottawa-area stores. The position offers flexible hours, a strong discount of 50% on products, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned business committed to the community.

You will welcome customers, explain products, and help them find perfect fits while maintaining a high standard of service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Interest in clothing that celebrates femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Customer-focused with strong service mindset.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist in finding products.
• Explain product features, materials, and fit, and suggest additional items.
• Be available in fitting rooms and assist with transactions at the cash register.
• Meet and aim to exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and backstore, restock as needed.
• Share top product picks with customers and promote promotions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
