Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a part-time sales associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and help shoppers find lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear. You’ll explain product features, assist in fitting rooms, and aim to exceed personal sales goals in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible hours, a family-owned culture, and opportunities for advancement. This is a permanent, part-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits for full-time staff where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist with finding products.
• Explain product features, materials, and fit to customers.
• Be available in fitting room and assist with selections.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and backstore.
• Assist at cash register and process transactions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
