Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, is seeking a friendly sales associate to help customers find lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear, share product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere and support dynamic sales goals within a team that cares about customers and community.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Interest in clothing and lingerie preferred.
• Ability to listen to customers and provide great service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome.
• Assist customers in locating products and explaining features.
• Be available in fitting rooms and on the sales floor as needed.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
