Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a dedicated part-time sales associate in Burlington to join our lingerie and swimwear team. You will greet customers, help them find the right products, explain features and materials, and suggest suitable add-ons to maximize sales.

You will be proactive, listen to customer needs, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment. The role offers flexible hours, weekend work, and growth opportunities within a family-owned company committed to the community.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Love clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products.
• Explain products' quality, materials, and features and suggest others they may like.
• Be available in fitting rooms to assist customers.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers are away.
• Prepare and place products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep store and backstore clean and tidy.
• Identify new products and share top picks with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow policies and procedures of head office departments.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
