La Vie en Rose in Kamloops is seeking a friendly sales role with a focus on lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear. You will welcome customers, discuss product features, and help shoppers find the perfect fit while contributing to a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required or highly preferred.
• Interest in lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear to help customers
• Bilingual skills are an asset for serving a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist in finding products.
• Explain product features, materials and sizing, and suggest complementary items.
• Be available in the fitting room and assist customers with questions or concerns.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with the help of training.
• Manage sales floor in the absence of store managers.
• Ensure products are well-presented and stock is organized for a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist at the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and participate in team duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
