Job summary

The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a full-time keyholder for our retail store. You will manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, and act as manager on duty in the absence of the store manager. You will lead the team and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding store standards.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory control, and staff training for new hires. Evening, weekend and game-day availability is required to support busy game events and seasonal sales.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales associate experience.
• 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Must be reliable and responsible.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and game days.
