Job summary

The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a full-time keyholder for our retail store. Ideal candidates are trustworthy, customer service oriented and capable of supporting management while leading a team.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties with cash handling, acting as manager on duty when the store manager is absent, operating the POS system, and aiding merchandising and inventory. Evening, weekend and game-day availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales associate experience.
• 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Must be trustworthy and customer service oriented.

• Act as a manager on duty in the absence of the store manager and provide exceptional customer service while leading your team.
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Operate the POS System
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management
• Provide training and development assistance for new hires
• 2-3 years sales associate experience
• 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Must be responsible and Reliable
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends and game days
