Job summary

Montblanc in Vancouver seeks a dedicated sales professional to achieve personal sales objectives and service clientele at our luxury boutique.

You will develop a client network, maintain store aesthetics, and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across collections while delivering outstanding service and support for after-sales needs. This full-time role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, in a premium retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong customer relationships and trust.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Overall responsibility for achievement of individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school graduate or equivalent, College degree preferred
• Able to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday
• Reaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves
• Bending to access product stored within cabinets
• Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product
• Unpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product

Expected Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 hourly. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
