La Vie en Rose Inc. is seeking a dedicated store associate to assist customers in a full-time role at our Canada location. You will advise on products, help customers find items, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

You will also open and close the store, ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, explaining product materials and features, assisting in fitting rooms, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Customer service minded with a focus on helping clients.
• Bilingual ability is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential and assist with opening and closing the store.
• Provide warm welcome, answer questions, explain products and suggest additional items.
• Be available in fitting rooms to assist customers.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor in managers' absence and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Process transactions at the cash register and adhere to head office policies.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
