La Vie en Rose is hiring for a permanent, part-time sales associate in Canada. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while promoting lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear products.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers to create a warm shopping atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding products and explain features and materials.
• Help customers in fitting rooms and process transactions at the register.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized presentation of products.
• Share top product picks with customers and restock as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures across departments.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;


• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;


• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;


• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);


• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;


• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;


• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;


• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;


• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;


• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);


• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,50 $ - 19,90 $
